WHO WE ARE

Legion of Myth LLC is an entertainment entity that focuses on tabletop role-playing game livestreams, as well as the occasional review of anime, comics, games, and other ‘nerd’ topics.  Legion of Myth LLC is owned and operated by John “MaxLiao” Schloe, who is joined on the 🐲 RPG Die Gest 🐉 livestream by Brett “Heathendog” Grisamer. WHY WE DO THIS

First are foremost we do this for fun!  We do this for our enjoyment and (hopefully) for yours.  As with all things human, we cannot please everyone… nor will we try.

We are not going to quit being who we are and we’re not going to divert from (what we consider) fun for the expense of views, bits, and subscribers.

Legion of Myth LLC really does appreciate everyone who watches, interacts, and supports us through views, shares, comments, and/or monetarily.  THANK YOU!

CENSORSHIP AND PRESENTATION

Legion of Myth has never been a politically correct organization, nor have we been in the practice of censorship outside of direct personal attacks, illegal activity, or obviously excessive cussing (or bad behavior) that derails the ability to have a conversation.

At any moment, language may be used that is contrary to your beliefs, mores, and folkways. If you find television shows like All in the Family, Married with Children, South Park or Paradise PD offensive, Legion of Myth may not be the channel for you.

1. LEGION OF MYTH’S THREE ADAGES:

   • Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
     • This is also read: Don’t dish it out if you can’t take it.
   • Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me.
     • You have the right to be protected from direct, targeted harassment and abuse; you do not have the right to not be offended.
   • The spirit of the law trumps the letter of the law.
     • Don’t get all legalese-y on us, we don’t care.

2. LEGION OF MYTH WILL NOT TOLERATE:

   • Threats against any individual or protected group.
     • Insensitive comments, opinion, and commentary are not verbal attacks and will not be censored or admonished unless they rise to the level of a direct verbal attack. Mockery is not hate!
   • Physical attacks, the solicitation of physical attacks, or the threat of physical attacks (of any sort) against any real person, group or property.
     • “I wish someone would kick his butt,” is not the solicitation or threat of a physical attack.
     • “This guy needs his but kicked,” is not the solicitation or threat of a physical attack.
     • “Free Steam game to someone who kicks his butt,” is the solicitation of a physical attack.
   • Political campaigning for, or the political character assassination of, a politician or political party.
   • Proselytizing or promoting a religion (or lack thereof).
     • Indicating you belong to the Church of Odin is not proselytizing or promoting a religion.
     • “Anyone who is diluted enough to believe in some make believe being should be committed to an asylum,” is proselytizing or promoting a religion (or lack thereof.)
   • Mature, adult-oriented, or NSFW game play or commentary under the FF banner.

3. LEGION OF MYTH WILL (at some point):

   • Express a Left-Wing or Right-Wing political opinion.
   • Mock countries, nationalities, and cultures — including our own.
   • Mock people, lifestyles and opinions — including our own.
   • Tell an ‘off color’ joke or anecdote, or generally say something considered insensitive.
   • Have fun with generalizations and stereotypes, even those that affect us.
   • Use language some people may find insensitive and/or offensive.
